Account Manager

An Account Manager will work on a direct sales and marketing campaign, and speak directly to businesses and consumers. Account Managers will master the sales model. This will include five steps to a conversation, impulse factors and campaign product knowledge. Account Managers will learn invaluable skills essential in any business environment. These skills include public speaking, discipline, time management, work ethic and face-to-face sales presentations.

Management Trainee

A Management Trainee will gain first hand experience necessary to manage a business. A Management Trainee will be groomed from the ground level of our company to a Management position. Opportunities are based on merit, and available to those who show the loyalty and commitment required of a business partner.

Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers are responsible for overseeing Human Resources and Administration, employee payroll, business operations, sales training, client relations, customer retention and territory management. Assistant Managers will work side-by-side with Management to learn to take full reigns of the organizations.

Management

Sales Managers are responsible for an office of 20-30+ sales representatives and employees. Management responsibilities will include territory management, public speaking, campaign development, market production, sales training, client relations, client reporting, recruitment and sales planning.
