Goals

NEC's goal is to acquire and manage profitable customer relationships. Marketing is the process by which companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value in return. Our goal at NEC is to enhance brand image and reputation through face-to-face sales presentations with integrity and professionalism. Account Managers at NEC build and maintain profitable customer relationships by delivering superior customer value and satisfaction.

NEC Incorporated strives to bridge the gap between product and consumer. Indirect channels of marketing such as television ads, radio ads and direct mail have created a personal gap between the product and the consumer. At NEC Incorporated, we aim to bridge this gap by delivering sales and marketing presentations, reviewing customer accounts and building relationships with clients' customers throughout Eastern Massachusetts. This has given business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales an advantage over other forms of marketing.

At NEC we want to stay ahead of the competition. Our goal is to be the most competitive sales and marketing company throughout Massachusetts. During recent client training, along side Dan Higgins, Regional Marketing Manager, and Susan Olmsted, Regional Sales Manager, it was announced that NEC Incorporated team contributed: 705 H.S.I Units, 504 FiOS Data Units, 226 FiOS TV Units, 1835 Winback Lines, and 3150 Bundle Sales to the New England business-to-business campaign. Bob Driscoll, Executive VP of Sales, also awarded NEC as "#1 New England Office" and "#7 in the Nation" for sales in 2009.

Our goal at NEC is to keep expanding. We currently serve markets in: Boston, Massachusetts, Pennsauken, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Denver, Colorado, Houston, Texas and most recently Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. We will expand to all markets our clients serve.
