James Rothermel
President
As the President of NEC Incorporated, James Rothermel has been the driving force behind the organization; increasing company profit every year since it's inception in 2001. Rothermel currently oversees all operations for NEC, as well as providing sales and management consulting for numerous companies throughout the country. Prior to working with NEC, Rothermel started his sales career at ADP as a Sales Executive. Rothermel brings over 11 years of experience in sales, management and employee development to the organization. He has been instrumental in the development and growth of campaigns in the Telecommunication, Office Supply, Waste Removal, Shipping and Retail Energy Industries. Rothermel holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with concentration in Public Relations from The Ohio State University.
Stephanie Siegle
Managing Partner
Born in Pennsylvania, Stephanie Siegle attended Bloomsburg University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. After working briefly in the mental health field, Siegle realized she was looking for an opportunity with growth potential and a high energy atmosphere. Siegle began in the entry level position, and moved up into the management role. Siegle handles sales training and coaching with account managers, communication with the clients, campaign development and oversees the hiring and recruiting processes. With additional clients and markets on the rise, Siegle will be assisting with the development and expansion of these areas.
Amanda Aiello
Human Resources Director
A Massachusetts native, Amanda Aiello works in sales support, as well as campaign management. Aiello attended Providence College, majoring in Social Science and Secondary Education. Her previous experience working as a concierge for American Express, and managing various retail locations, has been significant in her role at NEC. Aiello's current role as the HR Director includes duties in administration and hiring processes, acting as a liaison between the clients and the account managers, maintaining contracts, and customer acquisitions. Aiello is a necessity in helping the office function smoothly and overseeing daily schedules.
